About me
It is hard to seek help when we are feeling anxious, confused, or lost. Figuring out who we are and what we want can be very challenging. Psychotherapy can help when, because of specific circumstances, history of trauma, or during life transitions, we experience feelings of worthlessness, panic, loneliness, or emptiness.
I have almost 19 years of experience working with individuals and couples. My practice is based on respect for the uniqueness of every story and every identity. My long experience has taught me that this is one of the most humbling of professions, and I am honored every day to be a part of someone's journey. I was born and raised in Italy. I graduated with my first master's in Clinical Psychology in Milan. I moved to the United States to complete a second master's in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate In Psychoanalysis.
