About me
I am an experienced therapist who worked at the air force and in our community.
I assist clients in harnessing their strengths, unpacking their trauma, and maximizing their potential. With over 20 years’ experience, I worked with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with the air force, in schools, and in community mental-health facilities. Utilizing a diverse approach, I use the modality best suited for the individual client. When appropriate, I use a scientific approach, including brainspotting, to effectively treat symptoms of PTSD, depression and anxiety. Feel free to contact me.
