About me

Experienced couples and individual therapist that specializes in helping you navigate the conflict in your life

Something’s not working. Maybe it’s the same fight with your partner that never gets resolved. Maybe you find yourself yelling at your kids, shutting down at work, or feeling constantly on edge. My clients are couples stuck in cycles of conflict, individuals hijacked by anger or anxiety, and teens overwhelmed by emotions or school demands. No matter the story, the common thread is disconnection—disconnection from your partner, your family, and even yourself. You want things to feel different. You want calm instead of chaos. Closeness instead of distance. My job is to help you get there.

I use the Gottman Method with couples to help you break through destructive patterns and start turning toward each other again. For individuals, I combine DBT and CBT to help you recognize emotional and physical cues so you can respond instead of react. We’ll get curious about what’s beneath the surface and work toward lasting change, not just symptom relief.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative and goal-oriented. I won’t just nod and ask how you feel. I’ll give you tools, challenge stuck patterns and walk with you as you put them into practice. If you're tired of white-knuckling your way through relationships or everyday life, let’s talk. You don’t have to do this alone. Schedule a free 15 minute consultation
