About me

I specialize in helping individuals process and heal from complex trauma, abuse, and PTSD. With a deeply compassionate and collaborative approach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where survivors can navigate their healing journeys, regain a sense of control, and build emotional resilience.

My Approach to Trauma & Abuse
Healing from abuse requires an approach that prioritizes your safety, trust, and empowerment. I understand the pervasive impact that trauma can have on your nervous system, relationships, and self-worth. I work with survivors of various forms of abuse (including childhood, domestic, and complex trauma), tailoring my therapeutic approach to honor your unique experience and pace.
The Role of EMDR Therapy
As a clinician extensively trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I utilize this evidence-based modality to help clients reprocess distressing memories and alleviate the symptoms of trauma. EMDR works by stimulating the brain's natural healing processes to re-store traumatic memories in a way that is less emotionally and physically distressing.
