About me
I am a licensed Master's Clinical Social Worker providing online psychotherapy to Michigan residents.
I use neuroscientific evidence and main theories with empirically supported treatments. I believe that a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment is essential in the journey of mental healing. I believe a holistic approach and incorporating faith/spiritual components is vital.
I have worked with clients with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, bipolar disorder, dissociative identity disorder, mood and thought disturbance, chronic illness, conversion disorder, marital problems, divorce, grief and loss, refugees, and others.
