About me
Letty holds a B.A. in Psychology from Trinity International University and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic. She is trained in EMDR, and Gottman Method in Couples Counseling. Letty holds certifications as a National Wraparound facilitator, Prepare and Enrich, and Couples Communication Skills facilitator. Letty is fluent in Spanish and English.
Letty is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a heartfelt passion to help people recover from trauma, grief, anger, abuse, anxiety depression, and those adapting to life in a new country. She strongly believes therapy can help people increase many positive qualities of self, such as joy, compassion, and love. She has proven experience with youth, families, marriages, and those who have experienced addictions.
