Often in our interactions with others, we leave parts of ourselves at the metaphorical door to protect us from getting hurt. As a therapist, I meet you as you are with full acceptance, and I welcome you to bring all parts of yourself into our relationship. I am invested in getting to know you deeply, and I am committed to working hard alongside you. It is completely normal and natural to feel uncertain about change. In my experience, very few come to therapy ready and willing to change parts of themselves for something new. Why? Because it's hard! We instinctively hold onto the way things are for a reason, and that's okay.

I’m not a therapist who is looking to push you out the door with a quick fix, and I certainly won't rush you to get to a goal you're not ready for. I believe life is way too complex and layered for that. I recognize that sometimes you need to talk about an issue repeatedly before you can let it go.

I will be with you every step of the way as we explore your concerns, examine barriers, deepen your awareness, and figure out how you can live your life fully and authentically. I will encourage you, support you, and, most importantly, empower you to make valuable changes in your life. So, come as you are, and we’ll figure out together where we need to go.
