About me
I am an experienced trauma therapist helping people find who they were meant to be without trauma, anxiety or depression.
I am a trauma-focused counselor with a passion for helping individuals who have been let down by traditional tools and supports. I believe everyone has the right to be true to themselves by following their intuition, or internal guidance, to live the life that feels right for them. I specialize in Complex PTSD (complex trauma) and PTSD, and also support anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, attachment and relationship issues, stress/burnout, grief/loss, finding your identity, anger management, and chronic illness.
I have been trained in using a person-centered approach, which means I see each person as unique. Because of this, I have learned a variety of evidence-based tools like EMDR, IFS therapy, and CBT, as well as more holistic tools such as Art and Sandplay therapies, integrating neuropsychology with a playful and artistic approach in my sessions.
In our sessions, I check in with you regularly to make sure the work we do resonates with you personally. This is your journey. My job is to open all the doors available to you, and you choose which ones to walk through.
