About me
Miriam’s clients often describe her as calm, genuine, and easy to talk to. Her strengths include seeing the big picture, approaching others with care and curiosity, and bringing humor and warmth into her sessions.
Miriam has been a therapist for over a decade and finds deep meaning in helping clients explore their inner worlds and share their stories. She is Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), one of her primary therapeutic approaches. Miriam believes that each person is made up of many different parts—each with its own perspective, purpose, and way of coping. Sometimes these parts can become unbalanced or conflicted, which may lead to challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or addictive behaviors. IFS provides a compassionate, non-judgmental way to understand and work with these parts, helping clients release old patterns and move toward greater calm, confidence, freedom, and connection.
In therapy with Miriam, clients can expect to feel safe, respected, and free to talk about anything—including how the therapy process itself is going. She encourages open communication and collaboration, ensuring that each client’s personal goals are supported and that progress feels meaningful. Miriam believes everyone has the capacity to become their own inner healer, and she’s dedicated to helping clients discover how.
Miriam’s clients often describe her as calm, genuine, and easy to talk to. Her strengths include seeing the big picture, approaching others with care and curiosity, and bringing humor and warmth into her sessions. She strives to create an environment where growth feels both safe and empowering.
