About me
I offer psychotherapy for adults who want to explore and better understand their emotions, relationships, and experiences. In our sessions, we'll focus on finding clarity and relief while fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and understanding of what you need to thrive. Together, we’ll create space for lasting, meaningful change.
Hi, I'm Dr. Adrianowicz.
I became a psychologist after experiencing the impact of therapy in my own life. It helped me make sense of things I didn’t know could be understood, and create change I didn't know was possible. What drives my practice today is the desire to facilitate meaningful experiences of growth for others. I believe everyone deserves the chance to understand their emotional world, and to feel less alone in the process. My work is about helping people make life feel more livable, meaningful, connected, and emotionally manageable.
Sessions are a collaborative and supportive space where you can bring whatever feels important, whether it's a specific challenge, something that feels unresolved, or simply a need to pause and reflect. I listen with curiosity and care as we explore what’s happening in your life, process your emotions, bring clarity to what feels confusing, and make sense of how your emotions and relationship dynamics fit into a bigger story. The goal is not only for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, but for you to feel understood and seen.
I offer a flexible style informed by psychodynamic, relational, humanistic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed perspectives, always with the goal of finding what feels most helpful for you. Above all, emotional safety remains foundational, as it fosters the trust and openness needed for meaningful reflection and growth. Our work will be collaborative and paced to meet you where you are, as we deepen understanding of your experiences and move toward change that feels grounded and authentic. I also believe humor has a place in therapy, not to minimize or make light of your experiences, but to bring warmth, connection, and a sense of humanity to work that is often deeply personal.
