About me
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in the Seattle area. I have been in the mental health and social services field for 10 years My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered, focusing on creating a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore their experiences and emotions. Bearing witness to your experience is an action I find sacred. I am deeply committed to advocating for my clients and empowering them to reclaim their lives.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I help my clients heal and build resilience. My expertise is with complex trauma, neurodiversity, anxiety, substance use, mood disorders, borderline, and depression.
