About me
My areas of expertise include supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relational challenges, and stress related to family, work, and identity. I have particular experience working with clients who come from emotionally unavailable or dysfunctional family systems,
I am a compassionate, relational counselor who believes that healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves. I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, and curiosity, and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and never judged. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who have spent much of their lives being strong for others, navigating unspoken expectations, or carrying emotional wounds that were never fully acknowledged. As a counselor, I value genuine connection and believe that growth happens when insight, self-compassion, and practical tools come together.
