About me
I am a therapist who is passionate about helping adults, adolescents and children who have experienced trauma to overcome their obstacles and reach their goals. I also enjoy working with individuals who have disabilities as well as other physical health issues to work through the stresses as well as other mental health challenges that often come along with having health issues.
I am a compassionate and adaptable therapist dedicated to meeting my clients where they are and employing a person-centered approach, fostering a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy incorporating somatic-based interventions as well as art and play in sessions to promote emotional expression, regulation, and healing. I am also passionate about helping individuals with disabilities overcome their mental health difficulties.
