About me
I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress. My expertise includes helping clients build effective coping skills, improve communication, and strengthen relationships impacted by marriage or parenting difficulties. I also have experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, providing a safe and compassionate environment to process painful experiences and foster healing. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience as they work toward lasting growth and well-being.
While working with me, you can expect compassion, empathy, and authenticity every step of the way. I believe that no two people share the same story — your experiences, challenges, and strengths are uniquely your own. In our sessions, your voice will always be heard, valued, and respected. I take a flexible, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet each client’s individual needs. This allows us to work together in a way that feels natural, effective, and deeply personal to you.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins in a safe, supportive space — one where you can show up as your true self without fear of judgment. As a relational therapist, I see the connection between client and therapist as the foundation for lasting growth. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
Beginning therapy takes courage, and simply exploring this option is an incredible first step toward growth and healing. If you’re ready to move forward on your mental health journey, I would be honored to walk beside you as you navigate your path toward balance, clarity, and restoration.
