Welcome to NEW INSIGHTS COUNSELING! Lately do you find yourself thinking "something's got to change?" Well, NOW is the time to start finding your way forward. I've supported many people (including numerous fellow therapists looking for their own psychological "tune-up") over my 25+ years of offering counseling and been witness to some pretty great outcomes when together we map out the next steps and make adjustments along the way. I invite you to join me in finding your path to a more satisfying quality of life.

I provide individual therapy for primarily those about to launch into adulthood (late high school) and adults of various stages of life. I offer a hybrid of in-office and telehealth sessions, tailored to your life.

I often receive feedback from my clients that I am laid back, down-to-Earth and easy to talk to. I do my best to move beyond the stale, unhelpful "let's go through this worksheet, then spend our last 10 minutes doing mindfulness and breathing exercises." I'll hold space for your story, but also cheer you on in shaking things up to create the change you need.
