About me
As a motivated, compassionate professional, I will extend support to you through your journey toward healing, personal growth, and well-being.
Meet me, Mildred, LCSW, CASAC-Master, offering English & Spanish services to support adults and adolescents who are interested in developing increased self-awareness and understanding of life experiences that may stand in the way of reaching your life goals and aspirations. At the crux of my practice, stands the goal of creating safe and empowering spaces for everyone to grow and thrive through an integrative, person-centered approach.
In my years of experience, I have worked with clients with personality, mood, anxiety issues, and addiction recovery. From a client centered and strength based framework, I utilize a multitude of therapies including Psychoanalytic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
My work is grounded on the ability to form an empathetic, nonjudgmental, direct, therapeutic bond as you navigate through your individual journey towards reaching: your goals; fullest potential; engage in healthy, fulfilling relationships; have a deeper understanding of yourself; and create a life that is meaningful to YOU!
