About me
My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space with genuine non-judgmental support for clients to heal & grow. As an eclectic therapist, I use holistic knowledge from certifications and evidence based practices to ensure treatment is applicable to specific clients. This approach allows tailoring the counseling experience for client’s best self by mixing interventions such as CBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Communication Skills.
My naturally investigative and assertive characteristics allow me to explore and find what is best suited for the client’s needs at the time; hence personalizing interventions that are chosen.
Clinical experience includes working with adults, adolescents, couples, and veterans experiencing: depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, triggers/traumas, big life changes, and relationship issues.
My counseling style is very holistic, empathetic, relaxed, lots of smiles and laughs even through the tears. My approach best fits clients that are looking for a therapist that will hold them accountable for their choices and for those ready to unlearn what’s no longer healthy or helpful.
