As a licensed mental health counselor and qualified supervisor in Florida, I bring over 13 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. I specialize in trauma-informed care and work closely with teens, adults, and professionals—including members of the LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities—who are ready to explore healing and growth.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, TIR, and mindfulness-based interventions.
