I am a person-centered, trauma-informed counselor (LPCA, SC; LCAS-A, NC) who believes everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, and I walk alongside children, teens, adults, and couples as they work toward healing and growth.

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here. Whether you’re a parent worried about your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed, an adult carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use, or a couple wanting to reconnect, my goal is to offer a safe, judgment-free space where you feel truly heard.

I work with clients as young as 3 through adulthood, as well as couples. My approach is person-centered at its core, meaning our relationship comes first and you are the expert on your own life. I also draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to give you practical tools for managing difficult thoughts and emotions, and I view everything through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing that past experiences shape how we cope today.

With a background in addiction treatment, I understand how substance use often intertwines with stress, trauma, and relationships, and I meet each person with compassion rather than shame. As a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, I also help couples, whether preparing for marriage or strengthening an existing one, build communication skills, resolve conflict, and grow closer.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Methodist University, am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in South Carolina, and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) in North Carolina. I practice at Sunflowers Wellness Therapeutic Services.
