I am a passionate professional who loves helping individuals find hope and healing amidst their suffering.

Hello! I am passionate about helping individuals ages 12+ with a variety of presenting issues, including: depression, anxiety, trauma, family of origin problems, communication/boundaries, issues of faith/spirituality, suicidality/self harm, and self-worth. I hope to help my clients accomplish the goals they set for themselves, and to walk with them as they establish healthy rhythms. In my work, I like to focus on holistic health - mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually. I believe above all, my clients need a safe space to be heard and to process what they are experiencing, and it is my greatest joy to provide this.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I focus on how our thoughts and behaviors impact how we feel, and I utilize ART especially with victims of trauma, as it is especially efficient for healing traumatic memories.
I consider it an honor and privilege to join each of my clients on their healing journey. I know that starting this process takes a lot of courage and I hope to make the experience a comfortable one! I believe each of my clients are the strongest people I know, and I am grateful that you would consider me to join you during this difficult time.
