About me
I believe that seeking therapy is an important step toward personal growth, healing, and creating meaningful change. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring life’s challenges, and working toward your goals.
I have three years of experience providing individual, group, and couples therapy, with a strong clinical background in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, addiction, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I have primarily worked with adults facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges, and I also welcome the opportunity to support teens and adolescents as they navigate life’s transitions and difficulties.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Through these evidence-based approaches, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and build motivation for positive change.
I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it isn’t always easy to know where to begin. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, navigating relationship difficulties, working through addiction or recovery, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you gain insight, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools to move forward.
I believe therapy is not about having all the answers, but rather creating a space where we can work together to discover what works best for you. I value authenticity, empathy, and meeting people where they are in their journey, without judgment or pressure.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I look forward to working alongside you as you build confidence, develop resilience, and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
