I am a licensed mental health therapist and addictions counselor who works with teens and young adults navigating life’s most challenging moments. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictive behaviors. I also work closely with clients involved in the criminal justice system, providing guidance and support as they navigate complex legal, emotional, and personal challenges.I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and reclaim control over their lives.
