About me
I am an experienced adolescent and young adult therapist who helps with trauma, emotion regulation, and substance use.
I work with teens and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance use—and who are honestly just tired of feeling stuck.
A lot of people come in knowing something’s off but not fully understanding why they react the way they do. Therapy with me focuses on connecting those dots, understanding your patterns, and learning how to actually change them.
I’m direct, down-to-earth, and not the type to just nod and say “mmhmm.” We’ll talk about what’s really going on, and I’ll help you build skills you can actually use in real life not just in session.
