About me
Therapy with me is a conversation, sometimes challenging, often times funny, always real. I hold space for those still finding their voice, and those who feel dismissed. Whether you’re untangling anxiety, healing from trauma, navigating gender, or simply trying to feel okay in your own skin, I meet you where you are, with compassion, curiosity.
I know what it means to move through a world that doesn’t always see you clearly. I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the parts you’ve been told to hide. I help folx who feel stuck in overthinking, battling shame, managing burnout, masking to survive, or navigating the emotional weather of life transitions.
In sessions, I use practical skills (like emotional regulation and boundary-setting) with deeper work around identity, trauma healing, and rewriting the stories that no longer serve you. We move at your pace, all the tears, laughter, memes, and radical honesty.
