About me
I am a board-certified clinical sexologist, sex, and couples therapist dedicated to supporting clients in their journey towards relationship development. By assisting you in identifying your relationship goals, I provide valuable knowledge, skills, tools, and strategies that empower you to achieve lasting fulfillment.
As a voice-over artist, I merge my love for mental health with my creative talents. I am the proud creator of "Karma Mind," a transformative guided meditation podcast that explores the profound healing benefits of meditation and mindfulness practice. Reach out to me today and let's embark on this extraordinary therapy journey together.
My path to therapy has been anything but ordinary. Twelve years ago, I took a leap of faith and packed my entire life into a single suitcase, leaving South Africa behind to build a new chapter in the United States. Today, I am blessed with a beautiful family and a career that fills me with passion and purpose. Although I initially pursued acting, I soon discovered my true calling: working closely with clients like you, witnessing their personal growth, and helping them thrive! There's nothing more fulfilling to me than connecting with individuals one-on-one and making them feel seen, heard, and understood. Our practice is also proud to offer therapy with highly trained counseling interns from Fairfield University and Northwestern University. These interns are completing advanced graduate-level clinical training and bring fresh, evidence-based approaches to their work with clients.
All intern sessions are closely supervised by me directly, with ongoing weekly supervision, case consultation, and clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, ethical, and thoughtful care. This model allows us to make therapy more accessible and affordable, while maintaining the same standards of professionalism and support.
Working with a supervised intern can be an excellent option for individuals, couples, and families seeking effective therapy at a lower cost, shorter wait times, and with the reassurance of experienced clinical supervision.
If you’re unsure whether working with an intern is the right fit, I’m happy to help you decide.
