About me
Life can be heavy. The to-do list never ends, expectations build, and sometimes all you want is to lay it down and rest. You're not alone in that. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and fully yourself—without fear of judgment.
I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and daily stressors. Whether you're feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or just need support processing life’s challenges, I’m here to walk with you through it. My approach is intentional, warm, and collaborative—we’ll work together to develop tools that help you manage stress and move toward the life you want.
I use a mix of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing, and I tailor each session to fit your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a conversation, a relationship, and a process we shape together.
Outside of work, you can find me exploring local restaurants and coffee shops, binging the latest TV series, or spending time with my cats and dog.
If you're ready to start therapy—or even just curious—I’d be honored to support you. Let’s take that first step together.
