About me

I help adults navigate grief and loss when the rest of life doesn't stop, offering a compassionate space to process difficult emotions, find steadiness, and move forward at their own pace.

Grief doesn't always look like sadness. Sometimes it shows up as exhaustion, irritability, difficulty concentrating, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you. You may be keeping up with work, family, and everyday responsibilities while quietly carrying the weight of a loss. Just because you're managing doesn't mean it isn't hard.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 14 years of experience helping adults navigate difficult emotions, life changes, and periods of uncertainty. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what you're experiencing without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

My approach is integrative and collaborative, blending meaningful emotional exploration with mindfulness, practical coping strategies, and techniques to help you feel more grounded. I believe therapy should be tailored to you, recognizing that there is no single right way to grieve or navigate life's challenges.

Whether you're grieving someone you've lost, anticipating a loss, or trying to find your footing after a significant change, we'll work together to help you feel more connected to yourself and supported in your everyday life. You don't have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out.

I offer virtual therapy for adults throughout New York State and a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
