About me
My name is Michelle Woodison Evans, and I’ve been an individual, couples, family, and group therapist for 34 years. I’ve worked with clients of all ages — from preschoolers to older adults — and I’m passionate about helping people become mentally healthier. Whether you’re working to break free from alcohol or drugs, struggling in relationship with your significant other, or having family conflict, if you're hoping to strengthen your self esteem, build healthier relationships, or quiet an inner critic that keeps getting in the way, I’m here to help.
My style is warm, accepting, and often creative. I use humor when it fits, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to witness people connect with their “Self State” and learn to love and forgive their many “parts,” as well as the parts of others.
