I'm a therapist with 25 + years of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work focuses on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, and trauma with compassion and clarity. I specialize in supporting clients dealing with grief, self-esteem concerns, and the complex emotions that arise from past abuse or difficult relationships.

I work with clients across the lifespan, with particular experience supporting adults. My approach addresses a wide range of concerns, including posttraumatic stress, mood disorders, codependency, abandonment, guilt and shame, and seasonal affective patterns. I'm also experienced in supporting women through life transitions, midlife challenges, aging concerns, and recovery from sexual assault or domestic violence.
