About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, substance-use concerns, life transitions, relationship concerns, and feelings of being overwhelmed or stuck.
My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and eclectic. I draw from different therapeutic approaches based on each client’s individual needs, including EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention, solution-focused strategies, DBT-informed skills, supportive therapy, and interventions addressing substance use and recovery.
I believe therapy should be individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself while developing insight, building practical skills, and working toward meaningful and lasting change.
