About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate based in Atascocita, TX serving clients in Humble, Kingwood and the surrounding communities. Practicing under the supervision of Larry Bell, LMFT-S, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care in a safe and confidential space, helping individuals and families explore their emotions, build healthy relationships, and achieve meaningful growth and positive change.
My work as a therapist is grounded in a systemic perspective, while also drawing from approaches such as solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all process. Each person’s story is different, and our work together should reflect that. I work with children, teens, individuals, couples, and families to help them better understand relational patterns, strengthen communication, and find more effective ways of connecting. For me, therapy is at its best when it feels like a genuine partnership built on trust, openness, and a shared commitment to your growth.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with being truly heard and understood. I offer a warm, collaborative space where individuals, couples, families, and children can explore their experiences with honesty and support. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, or life transitions, our work together is centered on building resilience, fostering clarity, and creating a more balanced and fulfilling life. Through open dialogue and thoughtful guidance, I help clients strengthen communication, deepen emotional connections, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Every therapeutic experience I provide is shaped by the unique needs and goals of the people I work with. I value empathy, respect, and responsiveness, ensuring that each session feels supportive, focused, and aligned with your personal journey. For children, this may mean incorporating play and creativity to help them express emotions and build coping skills; for adults and families, it may involve uncovering patterns, easing tensions, and fostering stronger connections. Confidentiality and trust are the foundation of my work. I am committed to creating a secure environment where you can share openly, knowing your experiences are held with care and integrity.
