About me
Michelle E. Ross, LCSW, MHCI
Hello, and welcome. My name is Michelle E. Ross, MSW, LCSW, MHCI, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Temple University.
I provide a supportive, compassionate space where individuals can explore life's challenges, process difficult emotions, and work toward personal growth and healing. My clinical experience includes trauma-informed, person-centered care, grief and loss support, and talk therapy. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, motivational coaching, and building a collaborative therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect.
I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel truly heard and understood. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, identify strengths, gain insight, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges.
Whether you are coping with grief, working through the effects of trauma, managing stress, facing a life transition, or simply looking for a safe place to talk, I strive to create an environment where you can share openly without fear of judgment.
For clients who desire it, I am also able to integrate Christian faith and values into the therapeutic process, offering support from a Christian perspective while respecting each individual's beliefs, experiences, and personal journey.
My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and hope. I would be honored to be part of your journey toward healing and well-being.
