About me
Some chapters of our lives can feel overwhelming, and we need further support on the journey toward healing in a safe, non judgmental space.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan and graduated from Western Michigan University. I work with children and adults with a primary focus on trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and substance use disorders. I am trained in evidenced based practice - TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I work with clients and their caregivers to create a treatment plan based specifically on individual assessment and identified needs. My passion is helping individuals deepen their sense of self-worth and personal growth.
