About me
I am an experienced therapist that supports caregivers, people facing illness, trauma, grief and anxiety with warmth and care.
If you’re going through cancer, caregiving, grief or trauma you don’t have to face it alone. I bring more than ten years of oncology and palliative care experience from Johns Hopkins to my private practice, where I help people feel understood and supported. My approach is grounded in research-based methods like CBT, EMDR and mindfulness, combined with a compassionate and active presence. I ask questions, stay engaged and work with you to get to the heart of what feels most difficult. I also support people facing anxiety and depression. If you are ready to take the next step, I welcome you to reach out.
