About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting those seeking support to manage and understand their mental health symptoms and struggles.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working in the mental health field. I received my MSW from Boston College with a clinical focus on Children, Youth and Families. I have worked in various settings with clients of all ages. My clinical approach aligns with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Trauma- Focused CBT. I enjoy being active, spending time in nature, reading and spending time with family.
I value the emotional and physical aspects of well-being in each individual. I integrate healthy living and decision making into therapy. I believe in meeting people where they are at and supporting them in identifying their strengths to find and be their best self. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, pre and postnatal mental health and women's issues.
