About me

I am an experienced therapist who specializes in helping adolescents and adults cope with anxiety, depression, past trauma, and abuse.

Whether you are dealing with feelings of hopelessness, depression, anxiety, a past tragedy, or abuse, know that hope and healing are within reach. You don't have to walk this journey alone. I counsel adults and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, grief, and loss. Counseling is a safe place where you can learn, grow, and develop the skills needed to navigate the challenges of life.

My approach to counseling is rooted in evidence-based therapies and I have received additional training in crisis and trauma counseling, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for those recovering from trauma and other distressing life experiences.

I understand how anxiety, depression, and other challenges can become debilitating quickly when not addressed. In working together, I will help you get to the root of your problems, then develop a plan for dealing with it so that you experience healthier behavior and enjoy a better quality of life. Please contact me to learn more and schedule a consultation.
