I am an experienced therapist who specializes in helping adolescents and adults cope with anxiety, depression, past trauma, and abuse.

My approach to counseling is rooted in evidence-based therapies and I have received additional training in crisis and trauma counseling, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for those recovering from trauma and other distressing life experiences.
