About me
I’m Michelle Halberg, a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through life’s most challenging transitions. I help people who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, trauma, or depression—and who may feel disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or the life they once knew. Whether you’re navigating a major life change, struggling with identity and relationships, or adjusting to the challenges that come with aging, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
My approach goes beyond simply talking about what’s wrong. Using Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques, creative expression, and animal-assisted therapy, I help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, understand what you’re feeling, and develop practical tools for regulating emotions and breaking free from negative thinking patterns. Together, we create a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface—and begin creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentically yours.
