I work with clients who have experienced severe childhood abuse and neglect and deprivation.
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting teens, adults, and elders in navigating life's challenges. With a deep understanding of depression, trauma, anxiety, and PTSD, I nurture a safe environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. My expertise spans various issues, including coping with sexual abuse, substance use, neglect and deprivation, grief, and anxiety, empowering her clients to cultivate reempowering her clients to cultivate resilience and emotional well-being. She employs a range of effective therapeutic modalities, including Trauma Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
