About me
I am an experienced trauma and grief therapist (LCSW) who is passionate about working with individuals and families who have had difficult life experiences.
I have had the honor of working with many individuals and families who have experienced trauma and have witnessed their healing. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, such as EMDR, TF-CBT, and DBT. Knowing the names of the specific therapy techniques is not necessary, it is more important to know that the techniques I use I have seen help many individuals and families. I value providing explanations to clients so they feel partnered with me in the process of therapy. I want the children, families and adults I work with to be able to have healing following the completion of therapy so they can be used well beyond the therapy room. I hold deep hope for individuals who have experienced trauma and believe that together we can create new paths forward. I look forward to meeting with you.
