About me
I have almost 20 years experience in mental health. I have extensive experience with the teen and young adult population, as well as anxiety, school/work stress and anxiety, depression. I offer telehealth and in office appointments. I work primarily with tweens, teens, and young adults helping them work to manage their daily stresses as well as anxiety, depression, family and peers stressors, work related stress, LGBT+ related issues, adhd etc. I work with clients to create attainable goals to affect change.
People need a space where they can express themselves, and process their lives and experiences without fear of being judged. I focus on meeting my clients where they’re at, adjusting their needs, establishing a positive rapport, while helping them achieve their therapeutic goals. I take an integrative, strengths based, client-centered approach to therapy, and strive to create a warm therapeutic environment. I work with clients using a variety of treatment styles including CBT, narrative, choice, strengths focused, guided meditation.
