About me
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals break free from self-doubt, process life changes, and build a path toward healing and growth.
Michelle graduated in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. With a deep understanding of the challenges associated with faith crises, trauma, and self-worth, Michelle is dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change.
As a single mother of two energetic boys, Michelle brings a unique perspective to her work. Her personal experiences with life changes, including navigating divorce and faith transitions, have enriched her empathy and understanding of others’ struggles. These experiences have fueled her commitment to supporting individuals through their own transformative journeys, especially in empowering women to rediscover their strength and resilience.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Michelle enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and curling up with a good book.
