About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over the years, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I'm particularly passionate about helping people rebuild self-esteem, find their life purpose, and cultivate genuine self-love.
My approach centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what's weighing on you—whether that's communication struggles, social anxiety, guilt and shame, or the pain of divorce and separation. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help you process trauma, work through forgiveness, and develop healthier patterns in your relationships and with yourself.
I'm honored to work with clients of all backgrounds and am especially welcoming to those seeking a therapist who understands Christian values and perspectives. I also have meaningful experience supporting children, adolescents, young and older adults through life transitions and emotional challenges.
My goal is to walk alongside you with genuine care and respect, helping you move toward healing and meaningful change at your own pace. I believe in meeting you where you are and supporting your journey with honesty, warmth, and commitment to your wellbeing.
