About me
I am an experienced social worker who is dedicated to working with adults with depression, anxiety, psychosis and other neurodivergence's.
I founded Beyond Mountains Counseling with the intention of creating a space where every person feels genuinely seen and heard. My hope is that each session helps you move closer to the life you desire, with a greater sense of clarity and confidence. You are the expert in your own life—I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, perspective, and practical ideas for next steps.
I have extensive experience working with mood disorders and psychiatric conditions here in Spokane. With that work, I saw a deep need for treatment for trauma and PTSD so I became trained in EMDR. I also draw from a variety of approaches - including CBT, IFS, and mindfulness - so that together we can find what feels most helpful to you.
I currently offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, which is why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a sense of my style and see if we’re a good fit. At times I may have a waitlist, but openings often become available sooner than expected—so I encourage you to reach out.
