About me
I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to assisting people through difficult journeys in life. I practice with knowing the importance of relationship and how that guides the work that is done in therapy.
Do you struggle with feelings of not being enough or questioning your worth? If you do you are not alone with this struggle. Using my 25 years of experience with helping people cope more effectively with anxiety, depression, and trauma people are able to rewire their brains to see themselves as worthy of love and belonging. I am a certified facilitator for Brene Brown's Daring Way program. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Each individual's needs in therapy are different and with the training and experience that I have I am able to tailor each person's therapy experience.
