About me
An experienced licensed clinical social worker helping adolescents and adults gain insight to live the life they desire.
I am currently accepting new clients. If anxiety, depression, trauma, or daily stress have been weighing you down, you do not have to handle it alone. I work with teens and adults who want relief, clarity, and practical tools to feel more grounded, confident, and like themselves again. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally worn out, therapy can help you understand what is happening, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change that carries into everyday life.
I believe you are the expert on your life, and I bring an open-minded, empowering, and solution-focused style to our work. In sessions, I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and honesty while helping you explore patterns, process hard experiences, and take manageable steps forward. Clients describe me as easy to talk to, grounded, and supportive.
I invite you to visit my website or online booking page to schedule a session and we can discuss your needs. Online therapy makes it easier to get support from anywhere in PA. I hold in-person sessions on Mondays in Franklin, PA. If you are looking for compassionate care and practical tools, I would be glad to connect.
