About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With experience working with diverse clients, I specialize in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma with compassion and care.
My approach is grounded in understanding the whole person—your background, values, and unique circumstances. I work with clients facing isolation, social anxiety, grief, shame, and body image concerns. I'm also experienced in supporting those managing mood disorders, attachment challenges, workplace stress, chronic pain, caregiver burnout, and life transitions including midlife shifts and military-related experiences.
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and respected. Whether you're exploring your life's purpose, healing from past wounds, or working through anger and self-esteem, I'm here to walk alongside you with genuine care and skill. I honor each person's spiritual beliefs—whether that's a faith-centered perspective or a secular approach—and create space for what matters most to you.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your healing journey.
