About me
At Psychological Services of NJ we believe that therapy is a place where people learn the tools they need to cope with stressors life has thrown at them. Our goal is to guide and educate you through your journey towards healing. Therapy does not need to take forever, you can heal and move forward quickly with the right guidance. We approach treatment from a holistic approach, preferring to treat patients as a whole, instead of focusing on symptoms which may be related to a larger problem. This means including nutrition and exercise in the treatment plan in addition to more traditional CBT and ACT techniques.
We specializes in adults and geriatric clients. We have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, stress, and end of life therapy due to age or medical condition. We also specialize in cognitive/neuropsychological assessments, treating/assessing Traumatic Brain Injuries, Geriatric cognitive testing and competency evaluations.
In addition to office therapy and assessments, We also see clients online. This allows clients to receive the attention they need, without the hassles of commuting. Please contact us for further details.
