About me
I am a child and adult psychotherapist with 25 years experience, who is dedicated to helping her clients navigate their life’s challenges with skills, hope and resilience.
I have been in private practice for more than 15 years, prior to that I worked with mental health agencies and clinics for 10 years. My extensive experience spans various modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, relational and play therapy as well as psychodynamic and mindfulness based approaches.
This diverse skill set allows me to tailor my interventions to meet the needs of each client in particular. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems and personal development.
In addition to my clinical work I have contributed to the field through teaching, supervision and mentorship.
Looking forward I remain passionate about helping individuals achieve their fullest potential and navigate life’s challenges with skills, hope and resilience.
Throughout my career I have remained dedicated to learning and professional development through advanced training, supervision and participation in professional organizations.
