About me
I am an experienced clinician with over 25 years of experience helping children, families and adults heal and grow.
I use multiple modalities to help people feel understood, connected and cared for as they heal, grow and navigate their path towards well-being. My lenses and modalities include neurobiologically and trauma-informed approaches, psychodynamic theory, systems and parts-informed work. I have also worked as consultant, trainer and clinical supervisor to therapists in training and different organizations.
