I am an experienced professional counselor who enjoys working with clients who are highly motivated for change and to live a better life. I am experienced in helping others with depression, anxiety, PTSD and relationship or workplace issues. I look forward to working with you towards change!
I enjoy working closely with motivated clients to improve mental health and overall quality of life. I have successfully helped clients overcome issues with anxiety and depression, cope with the effects of trauma and grief, and improve their relationship communication and satisfaction over the course of a 30-year career in behavioral health.
I consider myself a generalist in my counseling practice, as I have worked with a wide variety of clients in varying roles. My practice is person-centered and solution-focused, employing cognitive-behavioral techniques and cognitive restructuring. My primary goal is to help my clients meet their goals and improve life. I work exclusively through Telehealth at this time, so if you are anywhere in Mississippi, please feel free to make an appointment!
